 Saturday, 28 May 2016 Moon: Waning half moon in Pisces this afternoon. Weather: kinda stormy! Windy, some rain, kinda cold, but also beautiful! Yep, it is the Northwest after-all. Call it: Parade Weather! Notes: This seems like the perfect place to begin: Celebrating Midwives and Celebrating Midwifery in Whatcom County. Among the walkers: eight midwives, at least two student midwives, several midwives' husbands, lotsa doulas and their families, a mother in early labor, and many mothers, fathers, babies... all walking to celebrate midwifery in and around our town. What fun!! Indeed, there is so much to celebrate... |
