If you choose to continue, care begins with a thorough initial visit, where we take time to understand your health, your history, and your hopes for this pregnancy and birth.

Prenatal care is the heart of midwifery care, and it is both clinical and relational.
Visits are spaced in a steady rhythm throughout pregnancy, allowing time to monitor your health and your baby’s development, while also preparing for birth and the postpartum season ahead.

The weeks following are a time of healing, adjustment, and deep bonding—and you are not left to navigate this alone.
Postpartum care includes ongoing support for both mother and baby, with attention to physical recovery, feeding, and the emotional transition into this new season.
In-home support is available in the early days, with continued visits at the birth center as you recover and grow into your new rhythm.

Empowered Birth After Cesarean
For mothers who have had a previous cesarean, care is also available through an Empowered Birth After Cesarean pathway.
This includes full prenatal and postpartum support, with time to reflect on previous birth experiences, prepare for what lies ahead, and be supported in both body and spirit.
